Sparring Gloves
Sparring gloves are designed for sparring and partner drills and made with safety in mind. YOU MUST HAVE A DEDICATED PAIR OF SPARRING GLOVES that are used ONLY for sparring and not used for general training (Heavy bag, mitts, etc). Sparring Gloves come in various weights and below is our weight requirements for athletes depending on age, weight, etc…Glove Size Requirements
Males
18+ years - 16 oz gloves
13-18 years and over 140 lbs - 16 oz gloves
13-18 years and under 140 lb - 14 oz gloves
13 years and under - 12 oz gloves
Females
18+ years - 14 oz gloves
13-18 years and over 130 lbs - 14 oz gloves
